Today, the actress and former cover model lives in Beverly Hills with her dogs Samantha and Olivia (above left). Ann Turkel, who was married with Richard Harris for eight years before she divorced him 20 years ago and is trying to reconcile the death of Richard Harris. The actress was born to a Jewish middle-class family and raised in Manhattan, Turkel had, when she was 16, studied with both Sanford Meisner at the Neighborhood Playhouse and Philip Burton at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Then Ann became one of the sought after models in America, landing on the cover of top fashion magazines like Vogue Bazaar and Cosmopolitan among several other magazines. After two years Ann hit the international markets with her successful modeling throughout Europe as well as Japan in the role of face of major cosmetic brands like Max Factor Revlon and Chanel.
